We understand that some days you may just want to take off from activities. While we hope you will join us, we encourage you to "do you". All activities are optional.
Getting There
Your adventure begins in Portland, Oregon, where you’ll fly into Portland International Airport (PDX). Upon arrival, our team will be ready to greet you and provide convenient, comfortable transportation to Willamette Valley. Whether you're arriving by air or extending your stay, we’ll ensure a smooth, seamless journey to and from all trip activities. At the end of your stay, transportation back to Portland International Airport (PDX) will be provided, leaving you with more time to enjoy your Oregon wine country escape.
Changes to the itinerary may occur. In the event any experience listed should change due to matters beyond our control, it will be replaced with a similar quality experience.

WELCOME TO OREGON
Day 1
Your journey begins at Portland International Airport (PDX). On our way to the heart of Willamette Valley, we will stop at CORE (Collective Oregon Eateries), a popular food truck park in Portland, where you can sample a variety of Oregon’s finest street foods (lunch on your own).
Next, we visit Hyland Estates.. Situated in the Eola-Amity Hills, Hyland played a pivotal role in putting Oregon wines on the map, notably during the 1985 Burgundy Challenge.
We will check into our hotel and unwind before our welcome dinner at Trellis. This cozy, farm-to-table restaurant features a seasonally inspired menu, perfectly paired with wines from the valley’s best producers.

YAMHILL
Day 2
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before we set off to explore the Yamhill and North Dundee Hills wine regions.
Our first visit is to Patricia Green Cellars, where we’ll indulge in a selection of exclusive library wines. Afterward, we head to Trisaetum, an estate known for its exceptional art gallery. Here, we’ll enjoy a gourmet picnic featuring wood-fired pizzas, paired with some of Trisaetum’s finest wines.
After returning to the hotel for some downtime, we’ll dine at the Joel Palmer House, where Chef Christopher prepares innovative, mushroom-focused dishes that showcase the best of the valley’s ingredients.

NORTH DUNDEE HILLS
Day 3
Breakfast before we head out for a day of exploration in the famed Dundee Hills region.
We’ll begin with a visit to Coeur de Terre, where sustainably farmed, organic vineyards offer a true taste of the terroir.
Next, we visit Stoller Family Estate for a tasting, followed by a vineyard lunch. We’ll finish the day with a tour of Anne Amie Vineyards, known for its spectacular vistas and commitment to sustainability.
Dinner tonight is at Recipe: A Neighborhood Kitchen in Newberg, where Redolent Wines founder Boyd Pearson hosts a private, intimate wine pairing dinner, featuring their own highly acclaimed wines.

CHEHALEM
Day 4
After breakfast we’ll venture into the Chehalem Mountains.
Our first stop is Penner-Ash, where we’ll sample their exquisite boutique Pinots and take in the panoramic views of the Willamette River.
Next, we head to WillaKenzie Estate, for a guided tasting of their outstanding wines.
Lunch will be at Ruddick/Wood in Newberg, offering a laid-back yet elevated culinary experience.
In the afternoon, unwind at the hotel or enjoy some downtime at Lumpys, a local pool hall and casual hangout.
This evening, you’ll have the unique opportunity to roll up your sleeves at The Kitchen at Middleground Farms, where you’ll enjoy a hands-on cooking class using the freshest ingredients sourced from the farm’s gardens and animals.

HEAD HOME OR EXTEND YOUR TRIP
Day 5
After a final breakfast at the hotel, we’ll provide transportation back to Portland International Airport (PDX) for your departure. If you wish to extend your stay and explore more of the area, we’d be happy to provide recommendations for additional adventures.
